Meet the Founder

Hi, I'm Manny Benabe, founder of What's Blending.

For more than two decades, my family and I have had the privilege of serving businesses, churches, schools, families, and organizations throughout the Philadelphia region.

Every meal we prepared and every relationship we built reinforced one simple belief:

Great food brings people together.

What's Blending is the next chapter of that journey—a place built on fresh food, genuine hospitality, and real community.

Above all, we give all glory to God. He is Jehovah Jireh—our Provider—and His faithfulness, provision, and guidance have made this journey possible. Every opportunity and every blessing is a testament to His grace.

What’s Blending wasn’t created simply to open another restaurant. It was created to become a gathering place where neighbors reconnect, families celebrate, local businesses connect, and every guest feels genuinely welcome. We believe food has the power to bring people together. When people gather around a table, conversations begin, friendships grow, and communities become stronger. This belief guides every decision we make. Our goal is not only to serve great food but also to create jobs, support local organizations, provide opportunities to give back, and leave our neighborhood better than we found it.

Building a restaurant is our project. Building community is our purpose.

How does the founders program work?

Choose your founder level, make a one-time contribution, and unlock exclusive rewards, experiences, recognition, and founder benefits. Many benefits begin before opening day through Test Kitchen Week access and founder events, with select rewards continuing for years or even a lifetime.

Are spots limited?

Yes. Every founder level has limited availability to preserve exclusivity and recognition value. Once a founder level sells out, it closes permanently and will never be offered again.

When does the location open?

We are actively working toward our official opening. Founders will receive exclusive early updates and access before the general public.

How do founder benefits work?

Many benefits begin immediately upon joining — including digital recognition, founder updates, and early access content. Physical benefits and in-person experiences will be delivered as What's Blending approaches and completes its official opening.

Are payments secure?

Yes. All transactions are processed through Stripe with 256-bit SSL encryption. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.

Can businesses participate?

Absolutely. Businesses can join at any founder level. For custom partnership opportunities or bulk contributions, please reach out directly.

How are giveaway winners selected?

Giveaway winners are selected randomly from all eligible entries. Higher founder tiers receive more entries, increasing their chances of winning exclusive experiences.

Can founder levels sell out?

Yes. Each level has a hard cap and once sold out, they are permanently closed. We will never reopen a sold-out tier.

Will there be a Founder Wall?

Yes. All qualifying founders will be recognized on the Founder Wall inside the flagship What's Blending location, with permanent recognition based on their tier.

What is Test Kitchen Week?

Test Kitchen Week is an exclusive pre-opening experience for qualifying founders. You'll get to taste menu items, give feedback, and experience What's Blending before anyone else.

Can founder benefits be transferred?

Founder memberships are non-transferable and tied to the individual or business that purchased them. They cannot be sold or assigned to another party.

Why become a founder?

Founders are helping bring What's Blending to life while receiving exclusive rewards, recognition, experiences, and access that will never be available again once the Founder Program closes.

What happens after the Founder Program closes?

Once all founder levels are sold out or the campaign officially ends, founder memberships will no longer be available. Future guests may enjoy What's Blending, but founder benefits, founder recognition, and exclusive founder experiences will remain reserved for those who joined during the launch campaign.
